Microsoft Declares Regular Quarterly Dividend | |

Microsoft Corp. today announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share. The dividend is payable March 10, 2005, to shareholders of record on Feb. 17, 2005. The ex-dividend date will be Feb. 15, 2005. The company also announced that its Board of Directors has appointed James I. Cash Jr. to the Compensation Committee, replacing Gary Reed who retired from the Board in early November. | ||
