A judge approved Spiegel's sale of its Eddie Bauer corporate campus to Microsoft, a $38 million deal that will help the bankrupt retailer pay unsecured creditors. Spiegel, the pioneer of mail-order marketing, agreed to lease the Redmond campus from Microsoft for three years while it looks for a smaller site for Eddie Bauer headquarters, said James Garrity, the company's bankruptcy lawyer. | ||
