  Microsoft Application Center 2000: Evaluation Edition Downlod Available

This is the 120-day trial of Application Center 2000 and contains the full functionality of the released product. It is intended for evaluation purposes and will automatically be disabled after 4 months.

If you are using a prerelease build of Application Center, Component Load Balancing (CLB) Technology Preview, or the Microsoft Cluster Service (MSCS) you must uninstall it. Application Center Evaluation Edition will provide all CLB and clustering components. 56.8 MB, see above site for more information. Requirements:

  • Two PC's with Pentium-compatible 400 MHz or higher processor are required for clustering.
  • Microsoft Windows 2000 Server or Windows 2000 Advanced Server. Windows 2000 Service Pack 1 or later is required. Microsoft Internet Information Services 5.0 must be installed as part of Windows 2000 installation
  • 256 MB of RAM minimum recommended and 250 MB of available hard-disk space to install services is required; additional space required for site content and databases
  • Network Interface Card (2 NIC's recommended); if using Windows 2000 Network Load Balancing, two NICs are required
