Microsoft said Tuesday that in August it plans to release a feature pack for Microsoft CRM 1.2 that will bolster the software's ties to Office 2003 and improve its support of mobile devices. The incremental update will include Microsoft CRM Mobile 1.2, which is designed to deliver contact and task information to mobile sales professionals, according to Microsoft. | ||
