International rap star Eminem has been given the US court's go-ahead to continue his suit against Apple, its advertising agency TBWA/Chiat/Day and MTV. Though some claims in the case were disallowed the artist can press on with the suit, which alleges the defendants broke federal copyright law and falsely implied the artist had endorsed Apple's iTunes Music Store and iPod. | ||
