Microsoft will launch a New Zealand version of its Xbox Live online gaming service at the end of this month.
So far customers have only been able to subscribe to the Australian service, under a trial that began in December.
Microsoft will enable subscriptions in New Zealand and encourage an estimated 1000 users who bought connection kits during the trial to transfer over.
