AFTER denying it was targeting big payroll and accounting software clients, Microsoft has changed tack to target larger customers - a move that puts it in direct competition with Oracle. "This will be a head-on collision with Oracle, you bet," says Orlando Ayala, a Microsoft senior vice-president responsible for sales to small and mid-sized companies. "They're moving down to smaller customers, and we're moving up." | ||
