Microsoft and those states not agreeing to the settlement participated in a trial on remedies March 18 - June 19, 2002 in U.S. District Court in Washington, D.C. Click below for daily trial transcripts, copies of witness direct testimony and trial exhibits entered into evidence by Microsoft, and other pertinent documents. On June 18, 2003, Microsoft filed two legal briefs as part of the appeals process relating to the District Court review and remedy in the antitrust case.
