Chip maker Focus Enhancements Inc. (Nasdaq: FCSE) of Campbell, Calif., has received purchase orders from Microsoft for chips to be used in the Xbox video game system. Most of Focus Enhancements' 80 employees are in Oregon, because it bought Hillsboro-based video-conversion-chip business TView Inc. in 1996.
