No Progressive Scan for DVD Movies In XBox | |

I just wanted to post this bit of news for anyone who may have been duped into thinking that the XBox will be able to play DVD Movies via Progressive Scan. It Won't, I have been saying this to people for over a month (an actually get e-mail abuse about it still from fanboys). Microsoft has announced a few times over the last month or so that the XBox will only do Progressive Scan in XBox games, but NOT in DVD Movies, this is confirmed if people read the xbox.com website properly and read some of Jeff Henshaw's posts in newsgroups. | ||
