For the second time in a month, Microsoft is bowing to government pressure to improve compliance with its federal antitrust settlement. The changes suggest the November settlement was not the end of the landmark case, but the beginning of a series of negotiations and adjustments toward ensuring the deal helps others compete with the dominant software company. | ||
