U.S. Federal Court to Hear Appeal in Microsoft Case | |

A U.S. federal appeals court will hear an appeal of the settlement in the Microsoft Corp. antitrust case, the Los Angeles Times said. The U.S. Court of Appeals in Washington agreed to hear the appeal brought by Massachusetts and West Virginia, the newspaper said. The states appealed a lower court ruling that approved most of the points in settlement that is considered controversial between Microsoft and the Justice Department, the Times reported. | ||
