If you ever see a Midtown Madness game in a top 50 list of all time greatest racing games, run a mile. Then run some more. Lets be honest its hardly the most inspiring series ever, is it? Nice idea driving around a city, smashing into everything in sight but the poor execution more than tainted the game. One word primarily springs to mind: slowdown. A horrible word, but in the case of Midtown Madness 1/2 its never been a more descriptive word. It doesnt matter if youve got an Athlon 2GHz and the latest Ge-Force 4, therell still be huge slowdown. | ||
