SQL Server case goes against Microsoft | |

A Washington court has ruled against Microsoft in a case that could result in its customers and partners who use its SQL Server database having to pay royalties to Timeline Inc which brought the case against the Redmond company. Microsoft licensed technology from Timeline which is covered by three patents and was used in SQL Server. | ||
