By and large, dealers expect that they'll have adequate "Barton" desktop microprocessors on hand when AMD launches the desktop CPU next week. But some, bitten by "paper launches" before, are still quite shy. "We can assure you that this is not a paper launch," an AMD spokesman said. "We can assure you that AMD Athlon 3000+ processors will be available at launch." | ||
