jdobbs, author of IfoUpdate, has released a tool called MakeItEasy which enables you to create full DVD backups using DVD2One. With the help of DVDDecrypter, DVD2one, IFOEDIT, and MakeItEasy you should be able to make a DVD backup in about a hour.
