Bowing to pressure both in and outside Microsoft, Japanese director of Xbox operations Hirosha Ohura recently left his position and returned to America to work under president Robbie Bach. With dismal sales reported in its first year of availability in Japan, Microsoft reportedly hopes to export its North American gameplan for the console.
