"This economy is fairly flat -- technology spending, there's no big up-tick," Gates told reporters at the sidelines of the World Economic Forum's annual meeting in Davos. "I'm optimistic about scientific advance and technology, and if you take (that) over a long period I think we'll see good economies. But in the next two or three years, I neither see anything notable, nor do I consider myself someone who could make predictions," he added. | ||
