A lawsuit claiming that Microsoft illegally overcharged Tennessee consumers for certain operating systems can go forward as a class action. Davidson County Circuit Court Judge Walter Kurtz's opinion in the 3-year-old Ten-nessee case was issued last week. It doesn't decide the case. | ||
