Eight years ago, Microsoft released a new program: Political Access 1.0. The product mixed campaign contributions with some of the most well-known names in politics to open doors in the nation's capital, where, initially, Microsoft had few friends and virtually no presence. What a difference roughly $10 million makes. | ||
