FIFA Soccer 2003 is the best soccer game of the year -- on the GameCube, PS2 and Xbox. On the Game Boy Advance, though, it's not too good. With sluggish controls and passable graphics, the only thing that saves FIFA 2003 is its license and awesome sound.|
