Microsoft Corp. today announced that Ken DiPietro is joining the company as corporate vice president of human resources. DiPietro will join Microsoft in January and brings more than 20 years of experience in both human resources and organizational development for consumer products and technology companies, including Dell Computer Corp. and PepsiCo Inc. He will report directly to Steve Ballmer, chief executive officer, and work with him to further develop strategies and programs that enhance the company's recruiting, compensation, benefits, management development, diversity and workplace culture in the United States and around the world. | ||
