West Virginia has what some there call "the road-kill law," which says if you run over an animal, you're free to take it home. It's also the place where, after the West Virginia University football team beat Virginia Tech, revelers gleefully removed the goal posts at Mountaineer Stadium in Morgantown. One key detail: The game had been played in Virginia. So it was a bit of a surprise to see West Virginia do something as fancy as joining Massachusetts in appealing the antitrust settlement between Microsoft and the government. | ||
