Verbatim Corporation and Peripherals Group, Inc., the exclusive licensor of Verbatim optical hardware products and subsidiary of CenDyne, Inc., today together announced that the new Verbatim Multi-Format DVD Recorder will be available to major retailers in North America in January 2003. The new Multi-Format DVD Recorder ends the debate on which DVD recording format to use, as it supports the four most popular DVD recordable standards, DVD+R, DVD+RW, DVD-R and DVD-RW, as well as CD-R and CD-RW.
