I recently spent a few hours with publishers Encore and Phantagram here at GameSpy HQ. I was handed the latest build of the game and then given a crash course in understanding Wire Heads, Rumbling and Scoobee creation. Phantom Crash takes place in a futuristic Neo Tokyo setting in a time when Rumbling -- the illegal sports of arena mech combat -- is part of daily life. Wire Heads are the tech-savvy kids who trick-out the Scoobee mechs and who pilot them in the adrenaline-fueled Rumbling battles.|
