The first commercially available Tablet PCs will hit store shelves and electronics Web sites Nov. 7. Over a dozen industry leading original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) will launch their Tablet PC models, built on the Microsoft Windows XP Tablet PC Edition operating system. The culmination of several years of research and development, the Tablet PC provides users a more natural computing experience, including the ability to input data with a digital pen in addition to a standard keyboard or mouse. | ||
