The new Windows® XP Professional operating system won't be available to the public until October 25, 2001, but you can register for the Preview Program right now. WPP participants who registered for the RC1 download or CD will be eligible to download RC2. RC2 will be available by download only. Once the code is released, WPP customers will receive notification e-mails over a period of several days. The e-mails will include usernames and passwords for the download site, as well as instructions on how to download RC2. In order to activate RC2, you will need the product ID you received for RC1, either via e-mail (download customers) or on the CD packaging (CD customers). | ||
