Today at the Microsoft MEC 2002 Conference, Citrix Systems, Inc., a global leader in virtual workplace software and services, announced the availability of a new management technology that integrates the monitoring of Citrix® MetaFrame XP™e servers and server farms into Microsoft Operations Manager (MOM) 2000, the latest network and server management tool from Microsoft. The Citrix MetaFrame XP Management Pack for MOM, in conjunction with the Citrix MetaFrame XP Provider for Microsoft Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI), an agent installed on each MetaFrame XP server, will allow Citrix customers to monitor the health and performance of their MetaFrame XP servers and underlying Microsoft Windows Servers using the MOM environment. | ||
