The Service & Support Professionals Association (SSPA), the leading industry Association for IT support professionals, today announced that Microsoft Customer Central has joined SSPA. Since its beginning in 1989, SSPA has grown from a handful of original members to now representing over 18,000 service executives in over 2,200 support centers worldwide. SSPA is dedicated to enhancing the roles of support professionals and serves as a vehicle for growth of the support management profession, as reflected by its Mission Statement -- "SSPA provides resources and knowledge to assist technical customer service and support professionals and their organizations in delivering world-class support services."
