Thanks Andy. "The federal judge overseeing Sun Microsystems' antitrust suit against Microsoft said he'll consider ordering the world's largest software company to include Sun's Java programming language in Windows. Sun says Microsoft is using its Windows monopoly for personal-computer operating systems to gain control of the market for delivering services such as banking and pay movies over the Internet. Such "Web services" include programs that let a cell-phone user send and receive e-mail. U.S. District Judge J. Frederick Motz said issuing such an order "would be a rather profound act" but said he took Sun's allegations seriously."
