DOWNLOAD: waNOCAPS v1.0The only time I have ever bothered to turn on the CAPS LOCK is when entering passwords or something of the sort where everything needs to be in upper case. But it's more of a nuisance than useful. waNOCAPS turns the CAPS LOCK key into a CTRL key, so it receives the same functionality as CTRL. To turn it on, double-click disable_caps.reg. To turn it off, double-click restore_caps.reg. That's all it takes. Those on Win9x - it should work, but it has not been tested.
