We have an open area for a Software Reviewer. The requirements are as follows: you must be over 18 and have some technical expertise to provide a very good analysis of the software that you review. To give you an idea of the type of software we mean - you would review Anti-Virus programs, reference programs and basic design/writing software similar to Word. So e-mail us with your questions, examples of your work and information about yourself and we will get back to you as soon as possible. The reviews will be done on a volunteer basis, but you will be able to keep the software that you review. | ||

Out of curiousity, would you be interested in publishing adhoc reviews?
I simply ask this because I'm about to buy a piece of software which I think is really quite exciting and I was going to do a write up about it to maybe put on my website. But it'd get more notice here. Specifically I'm talking about software to turn my PC with a WinTV card into a VCR. Snapstream is the software I'm looking at, but I was going to look at some others as well primarily just based on their trial downloads. |

JaggedFlame - Now wait one dang minute! I've spent years getting to a position where I am over 18 years old, and I'll be damned if I'm going to give up my right as an adult to snub teenagers!
The greatest is when you become a senior citizen and then you can sit in a chair looking wise and thoughtful and tell stories that all start with "Sonny, let me tell you when I was your age we didn't have..." When you get over 18 you will understand completely! You too will not want to give up your new found right to snub teenagers! It's an American tradition. :-) |

#13 Just a thought, but I think you're way off base.
American tradition soda? Interesting since about half of the AW staff is from the UK, right? Jagged, you'll get respect in time, hopefully. As is quite often the case on this site the adults don't respect each other, so it is to be expected that they wouldn't respect others either. |
