The people who call Dell Inc.'s customer service line often have no idea why their computers are running so slow. The ones who call America Online Inc. can't necessarily explain why Internet connections keep dropping. And those who file error reports with Microsoft Corp. don't always know why their computers inexplicably crash. | ||

This garbage is now taking up 40-50% of my service time.
IE is as secure as a submarine with a screen door. |

#1: I was surprised also to find non-Microsoft spyware after a recent online install using XP SP2 to find ten pieces of crap when I ran Ad-Aware. I NEVER used to find this. The only original spyware was installed as part of MS Media Player. All my new installs are offline with the network cable going in only after all spyware unused ports are blocked.
The battle between good (us) and evil (them) continues. |

Well, I guess that would make Firefox as about as secure as a kid in neverland. |
