| I downloaded and started to install but I quit when it stated that they are not WHQL certified, but nVidia states that they are WHQL certified. |

Popup Blocker!?!? WTF?? Why is a popup blocker included with a video driver?? Maybe some instant messaging would be cool too... how about a media player as well?
So now when my game acts up I need to look at a popup blocker as being a possible problem as well as all the other things... ugh |

Wow... it has been there for a little while. I have a couple systems one has the 45.33 driver (October 03) no popup blocker in that one but the other system has version 53.03 (December 03) and it's in that one. Fortunately is is off, and you kinda have to dig to get at it.
I still don't think a video driver should do anything more than... ummm... drive video ;) anything above that should be a seperate add-on. Sorry about the stress ;) |
