Anyone else noticed SEVERE sluggishness with Outlook 2002 after installing WinXP SP1 ?

My Outlook2002 is about the same if not faster. I've always found Outlook2002 to be somewhat sluggish, especially when retrieving email. Oh, I am running OffSP2.
That's on my home machine with .PST files... I haven't tried it with my work machine and our Exchange server yet. This post was edited by sodablue on Monday, September 09, 2002 at 14:20. |

XP SP1 on CD can be ordered for $9.95US($14.95CDN) http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/ordercd.asp
There is also an express installer available that will allow you to install only what's needed for your configuration. Its 30MB. http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/pro/downloads/servicepacks/sp1/ |
