Bug
Reports and Fixes Symptom: Customer is receiving the following error: "WAOL caused an invalid page fault in module kernel32.dll" Issue: This error is generated by a missing or corrupt .dll file being called by AOL software. Note: AOL has told customers that there is a fix on our web site and have not read what the fix is actually for. They are also NOT telling customers that if they are running OSR2, this fix is NOT for them. The customers are not reading the kernel32 update web page itself to find out this information. Most customers do not realize that they are even running OSR2. Resolution: 1. Remove all versions of AOL from the system, and
the folders that are associated with it.
