i dont think you can "convert" xp. You can buy a MUI that costs $100 to change the OS to another language, but i think u need xp pro for that.

You can only change text in notepad to english. You can buy a language pack for $50 but its for xp pro haha. In other words, the start button, etc will be german no matter what u do.
