| Got a problem. I am connected to the internet by broadband by iTunes doesn't seem to recognise that. I can't get into the store as it says I'm not connected and it won't find CD track names either. Seems a bit strange, I am a techno phobe so have no idea what to do. Help please!!! |

| It sounds like what ever firewall you have installed is blocking iTunes from accessing the internet. | Just checked windows firewall and it's allowing itunes but itunes still can't connect |

| Is your computer connected to a school or work internet by chance?
