| iam trying to recover my system with the disk everytime i get to a screen that says please wait while windows prepares to start it freezes on me i have unplugged all usb cables and internet cables i do have a sound card and video card in the pci slots can anyone help me? |

| Without knowing what computer you have (i.e. make, model, etc), it's hard to provide any advice.
