A few days ago, a friend of mine send me a weird link (ex. name.info) I didn't suspect anything, and I clicked in. Inside, it is a site that says it can help you to check who blocked you. It requires me to fill in my email and password, and i did........(stupid) Indeed, it tells me who blocked me, but since then there are some problems with my MSN. 1.) My msn sometimes signs me off. It said that I've logged in somewhere else. 2.) It keeps send links (name.info) to ppl on the msn lists. I don't know what is going on with it? So, I want to ask is it a trogan or what? P.S. I tried reintalling the MSN, but it doesn't help at all........ Thank you for your helps XD

There are numerous other posts regarding the same issue - it's a trojan/virus attached to a file. Several of the posts have either fixes or solutions. What antivirus/security suite are you using? ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200
Originally Posted by hemlock123: Well, before I got that I have no AV program.
Spyware Doctor isn't an antivirus program. You'll need something heavy duty - I'd suggest Kaspersky, or Avast (freeware). Stay away from Norton. Be warned, depending upon what little bugger you got, it may be too late (i.e. an antivirus may not be able to fix the problem after the fact). ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 700C - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, ATi Radeon 9550; SB Audigy SE; Windows Vista Business, Photoshop CS3, Nikon D200

lol, I still don't know what the problem is, but it seems to work when I changed my password. Just telling in case someone else got this.
