Hello all! Please help.. my computer wont start up in normal mode or safe mode .. when i start up my computer a blue screen appears then i restart my computer and press F8 to try and use safe mode but when i press on the safe mode opption the blue screen appears again.. this blue screen started appearing a while ago only when i connect to the internet but i ignored it and now i cant even use the computer??!! please tell me i won't lose my folders and the documents i have saved in my hard disk. can i format my computer WITHOUT losing any saved documents and folders? if yes, i will really appreciate the help.

Did you install or download something prior to this problem? ut your WinXP CD in and reboot. At the text "press any key to continue", do that and go into the Recovery console.
