Yeah... So last night an old friend sent me a message saying something like... "Ugly :P
http://www.ratemyface.com/pic43" I don't exactly remember the url, but it w@ssomething like that...
So yeah... I already suspected it was a virus, since my friend was appearing offline and all... I thought I'd just take a look anyways...
So I downloaded it... stupid me... And then 2 things pop up on my desktop... I delete them... And my msn starts goin weird... Signs on n off.... I sign off of it, leaving a Personal Message telling people not to talk to me, I may have a virus... Which I do...
So My desktop goes away... It's gone... Just the background pic is there... No start button, no icons... nothing... Just the mouse...
I go to sleep... Wake up this morning my mom tells me the computer is f***ed and wants to see my file... I log in, it's the same thing...
I've been reading up on this virus for the past while now... on and off getting bored... lol
And It seems the symptoms are simple... Msn freezing, sending messages... But Noone's complaining about their desktop not being there... Like me.
I uninstalled msn messenger. And most of the virus... But there's still one part in my temporary internet files that's not letting me delete it...
Sooo... Yeah... I'm using task manager to get to my programs now... And most likely I'm sending people the virus through msn...
Someone help?

| when I go to the task manager, the execute uhhh.... c:\WINDOWNS\explorer.exe The desktop comex back for a few seconds then goes then does this repeatedly about 3-4 times... Then just goes away again... It never stays... |
