Hello: I am trying to figure out how to roll back DirectX9 to DirectX8 or less. I got a older IBM Thinkpad and the video card drivers have not been updated since 2002. I found a comment that the drivers do not support anything above 8. I notice it most in Google Earth. I get a white globe with yellow outlines of the countries. It is a openGL issue. Have tweaked GE but with no luck. I have the executable for DirectX8. I ran it but it did nor change it back to 8. Any ideas? Don ---------------------------------------------- Don't know anything!
