| This has been mentioned before here, well the issue is larger than we see. it turns out that to many ADSL and Cable users ALL OVER THE WORLD (South America, Central America, some US, Spain) MSN does not let them send files or start a voice or video conversation. It tells them that the ISP has it blocked and to ask tyem to unblock them, yet they switch to Yahoo messenger and everything works like charm, so what is MSN using that it cant be used yet Yahoo can do it? |

Go back to the list of problems.
But my problem is that the people I am tryig to talk to overseas have a router, and can see me and send video, but we cannot strat an audio conversation, they canot ask for asisstance and they cannot send me files (I can send them), any idea why?
