| I cannot send a print order from the web to printer, but can print from files or word processor. It appears Adobe will not download. The problem file appears to be C/windows/System32/COMDLG32DLL. I defraged all files, but this one and two more did not defrag., one of the other being a Adobe Acrobat Reader file. Could hard drive be damanged? |

The problem began when I went to print a form from a gov't website. I suspect the trouble began when Adobe Accrobat tried to download. One of the files that will not defrag is the Adobe Accrobat Reader file. At this time also, Windows updates would not download, but Microsoft fixed this. It did not help the print problem. I have ran various scans, cleaned the system, ran RegCure, nothing changes. |

| Is Acrobat Reader installed now? If not, go to Adobe's site and download/install it. Also, run a spyware program (Spybot) to check for any issues.
