| In my school, they have the server set up so that if your using windows XP on your laptop, you can follow some steps and then you can have wireless internet on your laptop. the steps contain setting up the PEAP so that you don't validate the server certificate and also by checking the box that the wireless network key is provided automatically. Also, in the EAP MSCHAP v2 properties, they have the "automatically use windows logon name and p@ssword" disabled. I have worked with the school's IT department and as of now they have no idea how to set up with Vista...also, I can see the schools network SSID How do you do these steps in Microsoft Vista on a laptop????? |
