Let me preface this by saying, I graduated in December of 06 with a CIS degree and have recently started working in the IT field. Sadly I have found that even though I made decent grades college taught me very little about some of the issues I am facing. So bear with me if I ask questions that you might find elementary. Question: Why would some of our emplyees only recieve interoffice emails? We are using exchange server 2003. I contacted our email/website provider and they weren't much help. They pushed it off as being an exchange problem and they don't provide support for it. They also said they switched servers and that might be a problem. He also gave me an IP address that I need to make sure I am pointed at. I went to the local machine and checked the settings and it is the same that I have everywhere else. Any suggestions?

[/QUOTE] Check your DNS Servers and the MX record for your exchange server would be a good start. ---------------------------------------------- Forsaken
