Someone's been hacking windows product activation ;p
Try safe mode. Once there try system restore ( you probably cant because you reinstalled, in the future always do system restore before reinstalling or using msconfig these clean the restore points ) Does this happen to any user account? Repair the registry http://support.microsoft.com/search/preview.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q307545 Do an in place repair http://support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;Q292175&SD=MSKB& If that doesnt work, format time. -gosh |
