I have all of my contacts for work inputted into my Office 2003 Contacts Folder. I get the feeling that some of the contacts disappear after a while. Does anyone know anything about this? Is there some place where I can uncheck something that might be a date limitation on how long Contacts can last in my contacts file?

Nope - not unless you purposely delete them, or you have a virus. You should regularly back up your Outlook info - file/import and export/export to a file. I use Personal Folder File (pst extension) and back everything up. ---------------------------------------------- Work is for people who don't know how to surf Gateway Performance 1800 - P4 1.8gz, 1gig RAM, nVidia 5200; SB Live Value; Windows XP Professional, Photoshop CS2, Nikon D200 and D100
