| Lots of things could cause this *Disc needs to be defragmented *Limited disc space *Spyware/malware *Virus Stuff to check 1. Check the temp folder and clean it out 2. Download/run Spybot or another good antispyware program to check for nasties 3. Make sure he's using a good AV program and check for viruses 4. Check to see what loads on startup in the Startup folder. Check also to see what's running in the background 5.
